"I had a not so pleasant experience with one of the big box stores ( I don't want to name names ) when I did the carpet in a basement room. I was looking for a different option and decided to give Floors N' More a shot. Best decision ever. Ben was amazing!! Knew exactly what I wanted from my carpet and pointed us to the Mohawk Smart Strand line. We just had it installed today and it exceeded my expectations. Order to install was quick at about 2 weeks. The longest part was probably us trying to pick the color! Installer was top notch, offered to vacuum up, gave tips on carpet care and was very professional. Great experience all around.
