We used Floors N More for a recent install of LVP on our entire main level. They were very helpful in the process of selecting which flooring would suit us best. Knowledgeable on pros and cons of each different flooring product. I guess this is all expected given they are a flooring store but you just never know any more. They were professional, efficient, and definitely priced fairly. Now, lets talk about their installer Jake. This is where i was most impressed. This guy is top notch. While moving the fridge we had a water line break. Definitely not Jakes fault, its just something that happened. Jake took the initiative to find the water shut off in our basement, and then also called right away to notify me what had happened and that the issue had been resolved. To some this may seem like its a given but he handled the situation with confidence, and a level of professionalism that is in my opinion above and beyond. It is a small incident that very easily could have turned into very large incident had he not handled it. One other thing. I had asked him to bring back some of my old flooring so that i could use it at a different property. Even though he had already hauled it off site. He brought it back and neatly stacked it in our garage. Quality of his install was great. He communicated daily expectations very well, and followed through. Left notes for us when adhesive was used in areas where we should avoid walking on. Our entire experience with this company and installer were very pleasant in what can be a pretty disruptive project. Highly recommend
